Somewhere along the sea-coast between Cardigan and Aberystwyth, the waves gnaw at the roots of towering cliffs, lapping with a thousand tongues at the caverns below the ruin of an ancient abbey.
Here is the borderland of the lost Principality of Powys, forsaken of the Dreaming. The Seelie Court neglects this corner of Cymru, and so the Tylwyth Teg Jarles, Rhiony ap Ailil, stakes her claim to rule, and return Enchantment to a fallen land.
